Last week, I asked my husband to pick his top five favorite photos from the photos I had posted on the blog. I also picked mine. None of the photos on our lists matched. Isn’t that funny? If you want to see three of the photos he picked, they are on the About Elizabeth page.

I took this photo of my youngest daughter playing in the Little Pigeon River while on a family trip to Gatlinburg, TN with my husband’s parents.

This is a Pee Gee Hydrangea in my garden. It was mid-October and most of the flowers were just starting to turn.

My husband and children gave me this fountain one year for Mother’s Day. The flame bushes line the back of my yard.

I stopped by the side of the road to take these photos of some cows in my neighborhood. It was so nice of them to let me interrupt their lunch.

This photo of a butterfly bush was taken in Gatlinburg. It was the first week that I had my camera.
