How Fun! Vol. 25
“How fun!” I find myself exclaiming this many times throughout the week. Here are just a few things that touched me or made me smile:
I have an instagram confession to make. I follow lots of doxie pages. I just can’t help myself! They are just too funny and I love the breed. I’m sure you’ve seen our Ollie make his appearance around the blog.

I came across this quote this week by C.S. Lewis.
“To love you as I should, I must worship God as Creator.
When I have learnt to love God better than my earthly dearest, I shall love my earthly dearest better than I do now. In so far as I learn to love my earthly dearest at the expense of God and instead of God, I shall be moving towards the state in which I shall not love my earthly dearest at all. When first things are put first, second things are not suppressed but increased.”

I saw a trailer for a new movie coming out called The Hundred-Foot Journey starring Helen Mirren. Because I am one of those people who needs likes to read the book first, I picked it up at the library yesterday. It is now added to my never ending growing stack of books to enjoy. (I really know nothing about the movie or the book, so if you happen to see or read it based on this mention, and you hate it, I’m sorry. lol)

And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you. Ephesians 4:32
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27
We had a little rain on Friday and I was able to take these photos of raindrops on all of the spring flowers. I’ve always loved rainy days and now I love to take the camera out and capture all of the water that remains on the plants. Click the photos to see them at full size.
Please feel free to share these images on Facebook, Twitter, etc. Spread beauty!
