“How fun!” I find myself exclaiming this many times throughout the week. Here are just a few things that touched me or made me smile:
I will be starting my 19 year of home schooling on Tuesday, Sept. 2. I purchased these treats from Target for my soon to be 8th grade students. Wonder if they will really last until then? lol
Speaking of starting our home school year, you must read this excellent blog post by Lisa from Four Simply Living! I loved it!
Beauty in my week:
- Another successful week of first shift.
- Healing bones and knees.
- God’s grace in the slow times when I feel like I should be achieving more.
- Cooler nights.
Blooming in my garden:
Pink sweet pea
Pee Gee Hydrangea
White fragrant hosta
Red bee balm-second bloom
Purple loosestrife-second bloom
Mediterranean pinks-second bloom

Baking this weekend: Pineapple upside down cake
