“How fun!” I find myself exclaiming this many times throughout the week. Here are just a few things that touched me or made me smile:

- Sunday Leftovers
- Monday Salmon, asparagus, baked sweet potatoes
- Tuesday Balsamic soy roasted chicken, rice, broccoli
- Wednesday Pizza, cut-up vegetables
- Thursday Taco salad
- Friday Ravioli and spinach lasagna, bread, salad

Ed made this printable “Blessings for the Week“ for us. His idea is that we can print them out and cut them into strips. There are five total for Monday through Friday. He thought we could slip one into our child’s lunch bag each day. Or, you may want to sneak one into your husband’s briefcase every morning! Ed thought this would be a good way to give our families a “week of blessings.” You could also hide them around the house. It’s interesting that you’ll often run across reminders like these just when you need them most. Coincidence? I think not. 🙂
