“How fun!” I find myself exclaiming this many times throughout the week. Here are just a few things that touched me or made me smile:

Do you have your Valentine’s Day shopping done yet? My 13 year-old daughter is getting the Grace Unplugged DVD. It had a limited release in movie theaters last summer. We were blessed to be visiting my husband’s parents when it was released in their city. If we had been in Ohio, we wouldn’t have been able to see it as the nearest place the movie was showing around us was about two hours away. J. fell in love with the movie, read the book, and downloaded the album which she has on auto-repeat with the Frozen soundtrack.

I’m an avid gardener. Wouldn’t this be fun to have? It’s an underground greenhouse called a walipini.

What we are eating next week:
- Saturday Cherry tomato and tortellini soup
- Sunday Lunch out at a restaurant…leftovers for dinner
- Monday Spaghetti with meat sauce, broccoli
- Tuesday Super easy slow cooker shredded pork
- Wednesday Pizza, spinach salad
- Thursday Roast chicken, carrots, mashed potatoes
- Friday Homemade chicken noodle soup
