“How fun!” I find myself exclaiming this many times throughout the week. Here are just a few things that touched me or made me smile:

- Monday Corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes
- Tuesday Chicken enchiladas (new recipe), Spanish rice
- Wednesday Pizza, raw vegetables
- Thursday Leftovers
- Friday Chicken Taco soup, corn chips, sour cream
