I have a secret to tell you.  It’s not deep and dark and, if you’ve spent anytime with me in real life or paid attention to the type of blogs I read, you probably already know.  I pretty much love anything to do with houses, especially old houses.  I love architecture.  I love decorating.  I love landscaping around houses.  One of my favorite activities is going to open houses.  I love to read about houses…fiction or non-fiction.  I enjoy driving through old neighborhoods and gawking looking at houses.

I am very blessed to live in a three bedroom American Foursquare in the “historic” part of our town.  In fact, my backyard neighbor’s house is going to be featured in our town’s birthday celebration this year.  There are about six houses on the tour.  You can buy tickets and enjoy live music, the houses, and their gardens.  How fun is that??!!

These photos are a few more from the Walk to the Park series that I took back in January.  I hope you enjoy them!

Have a beautiful day!
