How Fun! Vol. 22
“How fun!” I find myself exclaiming this many times throughout the week. Here are just a few things that touched me or made me smile:
I want to thank everyone who linked-up last week! We had an all time high of 30 posts linked-up. How fun!!! And, Saturday, April 26 is the six month anniversary of my first post here on Beauty Observed.

I want to read this book! The author of Fictitious Dishes created and photographed famous meals from a variety of literary works. You can see excerpts from the book in this Smithsonian Magazine article.
And while we are on the subject of reading, here is a fascinating article from the Washington Post that talks about the different parts of your brain that are used for reading from paper and reading from a digital device. I love learning about how our brains work!

- Saturday Hamburgers, fries, mixed vegetables
- Sunday Buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese dressing
- Monday Corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes
- Tuesday Chicken enchiladas (new recipe), Spanish rice
- Wednesday Pizza, raw vegetables
- Thursday Leftovers
- Friday Chicken Taco soup, corn chips, sour cream
