“How fun!” I find myself exclaiming this many times throughout the week. Here are just a few things that touched me or made me smile:

My friend Melanie, from Melanie Makes has been chosen as one of the finalists in the Better Homes and Gardens Blogger Awards. It would be fantastic if you would go and cast a vote for her in the Family/Everyday Eats category. Melanie’s recipes have shown up quite a few times in my How Fun! menus.
You wouldn’t know it from the few months that I’ve been writing this blog, but most of the time I eat a fairly low-carb or Paleo-type of diet. LINDA’S LOW CARB MENUS & RECIPES site is without a doubt my favorite low-carb recipe site on the internet. I return to it over and over again. Even if you aren’t low carbing, give her taco seasoning a try.

- Sunday Homemade chicken noodle soup
- Monday Tuna Noodle Casserole, peas
- Tuesday Crockpot BBQ Pork Spare Ribs, cooked carrots. I found this through my friend Dawn at Reveal Natural Health. Dawn also does a weekly menu that is chock full of great recipes.
- Wednesday Pizza
- Thursday Leftovers
- Friday Chili
Baking this weekend: Cinnamon Rolls from Pebbles and Piggytails. This is a new recipe that I’ve never tried before but am looking forward to trying! Who doesn’t love a good cinnamon roll?
