“How fun!” I find myself exclaiming this many times throughout the week. Here are just a few things that touched me or made me smile:
Are you a Downton Abbey fan? I go back and forth. I’m an episode or two behind. Did you know that Lady Carnarvon from Highclere Castle, where Downton is filmed, has a website? How fun!
Lady Carnarvon has written two books, Lady Almina and the Real Downton Abbey and Lady Catherine, the Earl, and the Real Downton Abbey. I will confess that I have not read either book. I did take Lady Almina out of the library, which totally counts for something, right?

I came across two new blogs this week that I think might be useful to some of my readers. The first is Special Needs Siblings. “SpecialNeedSiblings.com enables special need siblings to connect with and encourage each other, and educates others as to what Growing Up Special really means.”
The second new blog is Building Mommy Muscles which piqued my interest because Jenn writes about motherhood, fostering, and adoption.

My husband wrote the verse on the one about the Christian perspective on nature:
“The Christian does not worship nature, but she is free to be thankful for it, and to say along with the Creator, ‘It is good.'”

I shall have to go visit that website mentioned in the beginning. I don’t have cable so I purchase DT DVD sets. I preordered mine for this season and saved some money in the process and I watched an episode every day once it came in ! 🙂 In a few months I’ll probably watch it all again. These BBC series are worth the money as they are good enough to view several times.
The bookmarks are pretty ! Just a black and white printer here and no card stock but I might print them at another time! 🙂

I just finished this season of Downton and I was pleased. I love all of the costumes, settings, and traditions. Some of those story lines I could do without. Lady Carnarvon is on an American tour right now. Isn’t that exciting?
